New for 2012/13: All Kessler Alpine snowboards from 162cm to 185cm will be equipped with Apex compatible inserts. Also known as UPM, these inserts will allow you to mount an Apex Race Plate without adapters to give you the best possible performance
Hansjuerg Kessler is a legend in snowboard and ski design. In his workshop in the Swiss mountains, he designs, tests and builds the finest snowsports equipment in the world. The end result of his 20 years of hands-on engineering work and craftsmanship is Kessler Shape Technology (KST).
Patented in 2005, KST offers ferocious edge hold and race performance while allowing easy turn initiation and edge change. It's a revolution in design that is available only from this small Swiss manufacturer.
In 2009, Kessler and Apex launched a joint project to develop a gold medal winning platform for the Canadian National Team. In 2010, at the Vancouver Winter Games, Jasey Jay Anderson was able to make that goal a reality by winning the Men's Parallel Giant Slalom event. Now, Kessler and Apex Sport continue that partnership by bringing Kessler products to Canadian shores for the 2011/12 season.
